It's been in online since day 1, and its a good idea but kinda sucks because you can only steal $2000

You have to acually go and kill the mugger for the money (i think) and you cant steal money from peoples banks so its pretty lame

Exactly what happens -
- Call up the mugger
- Select a player
- HOPE that the mugger gets away successfully
- Then HOPE that no one kills him until you kill him
- Receive the money that was in the players pocket

Honestly it's really not worth it because the chances of someone even having money on them is slim.
