Ok in a sticky situation should I add Patrick Vieira (750k) To this squad over Gundogan, So i have Schwienstiger - Effenburg - Vieira like this

I'd just stick with how it was before Vieira is excellent but not worth 750k in my opinion. He is good though if you do want to but I'd invest elsewhere.

Rijkaard is really good, never used Van Der Ser but I don't think he would be much better if at all than Neuer so I'd build a second team or get IF's/TOTS in your pre-existing team.
