Alright so I've recently bought a jasper rgh off rodent modz because of the new rule the console isn't flashed, just wanted to know what programs are missing now that the consoles aren't flashed. Also what is xcell a role

The only thing you are missing out on is being Able to play burned games but that doesn't matter since you could just download an iso and launch the xex from xexmenu
