For the last 3-4 days I have bee getting disconnected from XBL every so often.
I'm not sure why or what is causing it and was wondering if anyone else may be having problems?

Could it be my router? I have recently had trouble with it

Go on to the Xbox website and go to Live Status (I can't remember what it is called) and click on it to see if there is any problems with XBL.

Try to unplug your router for up to 30 seconds. Then plug it back in.

This happened to me and that was my solution for my problem.

Try restarting your router just as Yui said.

I'm not saying that this is the problem but it may potentially be someone booting you offline (to do with your IP address).

That was the reason to why it was happening to me a while back,

I'm pretty sure this is because of your NAT type. Last summer at my lake camp it would just keep signing me out and I would be able to sign back in. When playing a game see if your NAT type is Open, Moderate, or Closed. Unplug your router for 30 seconds then see what it says. If it says open then you might be good. But if it doesn't, contact your internet provider . Hopefully this helped
