So I put a disk in my xbox one and all it says is insert disc over and over again. I reset my xbox to factory settings and it still does the thing. My games are clean i don't know if it's my disc tray or what but please help

Try a different disc and if it says it again then it's your disk drive/reader...

Contact Microsoft at 1-800-469-9269 and tell them your problem, they'll probably let you send your console in for repairs...

Your disc drive could be defected.

I would call the Xbox Support team and they will help get your issue resolved.

Mine did this multiple time's, I found a way to fix it. Turn it upside down and hit it gently, it's not reading cause there is probably a gear out of place



this method worked for me, it work if its the kind that doesn't grind as well.

Could just be the lazer in your Disc tray that's malfunctioning..
