Using Jrunner this process is actually defined in the Jrunner help PDF.

in the /xebuild/data folder of your Jrunner you need to place the:

KV_dec.bin aka the keyvault and rename it to KV.bin
you also need to put the SMC_config and SMC.bin (these can be the originals from your nand)

Once that is done fire up JRunner, paste in your CPU key and choose the "build image without nanddump.bin" option.

Seriously, download Jrunner and look at the "create an image without nanddump.bin" and follow that section from the help PDF.
