As I updated the game I went to multiplayer and it started fetching my profile. As it finished I got a message saying something like "welcome back solder" the message also had a picture of the MW3 cover and BO2 cover. And it told me to check the store to see what was waiting for me. And after I cleared the message I'm rank 1! My leaderboard stats are there, most of my unlocks are still unlocked like my Body Count, but I had to create a new character, all other 9 characters are locked, and I'm level 1 no prestige. Is this a mess up or what? Did I get half reset? Lol this game and it's crap!

Try contacting support and see what thy can do if they can fix it or not. And yeah the game is crap. CoD has gone downhill since BO1 came out I think. Although MW3 I like.
