i was hosing and my screen start coming on and off after i went to the dashboard and turned of my jtag there was no sound or picture plz help me

it is probably your gpu, reflow should do the trick

try when turning you xbox back on, presing the middle button to turn it on with yur controller, and hold down the right trigger, and Y at the same time, it resets the display settings,




it worked for me

If thats the case your GPU went out, i bet you started to see funny colers or a pixilated screen before it completly died didnt you, Reflow should do the trick
