we need to know what the gfx chip is to tell you but it should work fine on mid to lowest as skyrim isnt hard to run

You can see the lowest exp is 4.0, it doesn't take a genius to realise that it's integrated.
It's the mobile 1st gen i3 processor, they have poor integrated chips. It wont run.

The question is, why do you have a 32 bit OS? 6GB RAM and only 3 usable due to a 32 bit OS...

Install Windows 7 64-bit and you should be able to run it. Skyrim is not that much of a graphics hog. You can get a copy of Windows 7 by searching the Internet

You can play it. but it wont be smooth. you will have loads of FPS Drops. Wich in my opinon is not worth spending money on it
