Is yours set up correct Dan? I thought XBLStealth.xex have to be the last plugin?
I could obviously be incorrect as I only have had my RGH 1 day. But thought id comment as your example confused me.

I.E:
[plugins]
plugin1 = hdd:\xbdm.xex
plugin2 = hdd:\XBLStealth.xex
plugin3 =
plugin4 =
