You need to make sure neither you or your partner has helmets on (when you first get on the bike ride around for about 10 seconds then leave him on the bike ! Then he won't get off the bike when the car comes out! However when you leave your friend has to get into a car and chase him down to kill him!

I suffered from the same problem for 30 odd minutes! Hope this helped!

YOU MUST DRIVE THE MOTORCYLCE OUT THEN MSKE SURE ITS ON PASSANGERS ONLY THEN MAKE YOUR FRIEND GET ON AS SOON AS YOUR FRIEND GETS ON YOU NEED TO DRIVE AROUND THEN TAKE HIM BACK TO HIS CAR AFTER THAT YOU NEED TO GET OF THE BIKE FASTLY THEN GO INSIDE AND GET YOUR CAR AS SOON AS THE GARAGE DOOR OPENS YOU NEED TO GO TO THE XBOX GAME STORES AND AS SOON AS IT LOADS SPAM !B! SO IT WILL SPAWN YOU IN HIS GAME. MEANWHLE YOUR FRIEND SHOULD HAVE BLOCKED THE CAR THAT YOU DROVE OUT OF THE GARAGE YOU NEED TO GET THAT CAR THEN GO TO LOS SANTOS CUSTOMS.
