I would like to give me 10th and unlock I have a JTAG, but idk how COD 4 work as I only modded the ones after MW2, how I need to setup and anyone can link me a good patch for that?

Google "iTangys Cod 4 Mod Menu" then you host a system link game and join it on your retail. As long as your under the same internet you should be able to join. Then wait until you get the message that says you are now infected. Then leave on your retail and you now have the menu
