My personal opinion is no he isnt worth that amount. The only real pro i found with him is his pace which really does show! i found his shot to be rather on and off. Id say he is worth about 200k.

Im using Zola atm and he's been playing really well for me, even though i own a BPL team.

Yeah I like Owen on this game, he's not the best and you can definitely buy better ST's for that price but he is very fun to use.

I grew up watching Owen play so I rather enjoyed using his card. Overall he is a decent ST so if you like him them go ahead and try him out you've nothing to lose to be honest.
