Whenever I try to change the controls so I can use it with an Xbox 360 controller, it doesn't recognize the analog sticks, but it recognizes everything else, does anyone have and solutions?

Well the obvious solution would be to just use Keyboard and Mouse considering that's what PC is there for!
But, on-topic download xPadder and bind all your buttons using that program.
