Yea I think you should but if you're buying it just to host tenth lobbies then no because jtags can do more than just tenth lobbies

for mw2 not worth it the lobbies are dead for it now you wont make much plus jtags will be down for abit next month so that sucks to )= to many people own them now and dont know how to use them and spam up these forums up with help so basically they suck now but they can do alot of other things but still aint worth it in my eyes anymore but its your choice you like it go for it.
