I have a $1500.00 budget on the gaming computer.
I have the following games
Diablo 3 Reaper Of Souls
League Of Legends
HearthStone
Runescape
Will be buying a bunch of steam games soon.

Please help me if you can

This will more than handle those games and it'll be upgradable and silent. All the parts are from Newegg and come in under budget so you can tinker and change parts if you want to.

Replace the power supply with this one [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to deal with the additional power draw and add another GTX770. That said would you need dual graphics cards for those games? I play Diablo, which is probably the most demanding off that list on my GTX770 and its perfect. Even if you did need more power you could just get one card but its up to you.

I would swap out that 770 and go for a 780 or 780ti. Not much of a boost, but if you have the cash why not.

Depends, it is preference but most people go for a Nvidia GPU.
