Just checked my plugin order they are no where near right it should be

1.XBLStealth
2.xbdm
3.RPC
4.XPRC

I have always had it as the last plugin so he might just need to reinstall it. Did you download it from their website?

I dont have the same plugins as you.... but i know that XBLstealth should not be first and must be in plugin 5.

I'd say wrong order, even 1 wrong order could cause fail boots.
