In all honesty, It works differently for everyone. I've tried it as my first and second plugin, both worked fine for me. I don't believe this certain situation is because the placement of the plugin, but I could always be wrong.

mine are:
xbdm.xex
rpc.xex
JPRC.xex
xrpc.xex
xblstealth.xex
bro try bypassing it with the eject button and reinstall the files if this doesnt work go to the xblse website and get the files from there and use those, ps i would use xrpc instead of rpc bro

I got the problem fix, I just had the same problem! Check Skype. You are bricked in a way. It's stuck at boot logo but not really showing anything. Need to reflash a backup of your nand or the original nand. Once I did that I was solid and it booted fully.

Reflashed nand but still nothing. I think I just let it be and stay offline. Really annoys me trying for a few hours now.

You need a transfer cable to remove the plugins off the HDD, or try the eject button method and see if that works.

Yes this works fine. But thats not the point. I wanted to go online. Really dont know what is going on. It worked fine with my old Xenon Jtag.

There is a very simple solution to this problem.
Step 1: Take out the HDD
Step 2: Plugin a USB that contains XeX Menu on the Xbox Storage part of the USB and Dashlaunch on the Regular storage part of the USB
Step 3: Go Onto Dashlaunch and create a launch.ini (By Saving and Reading The Settings On The USB)
Step 4: Plug back in HDD, this will overwrite the launch.ini on the HDD and will run through the USB
Step 5: Clear The System Cache, Erase All Cache Items On System Items, and Delete The Cache Folder on XeX Menu
Step 6: Clear Plugins and Reboot Console
Step 7: Erase Everything On Your USB and Eject It
Step 8: Redo Your Plugins on Your HDD's Launch.ini
Quick Tip: Make Sure Your XBLSE Plugin is not placed in a folder after doing these steps. That may be one of the issues, but not very likely.
