If they are not saving through Dashlaunchg open the Launch.ini on your PC into notepad and add them manually

Im the one helping him on skype. When we put the Launch.ini on Neighborhood, it doesnt even save to his xbox. Its very odd. We even went on dashlaunch and mannualy put on the plugins and saved it. But when he restarts it, the plugins are not there. So IDK. Any ideas.

Make sure you're not booting your JTAG/RGH with the USB plugged in because if there's a launch.ini on the USB it will boot off that instead of the launch.ini you have on your harddrive.
