My iPhone 4 is on iOS 7.1, so I know evasi0n doesn't work for it. I found geeksn0w, but all three of my computers in my house run Windows XP, and coincidentally geeksn0w is not supported on Windows XP.
So, I was hoping maybe someone has another way to do it or anything that could help? I really don't want to downgrade unless it's to iOS 7.0.6, and I don't have any SHSH blobs saved from iOS 7 at all so I don't think that's possible.
Any and all help is greatly appreciated, thanks guys!

Oh whoops, I totally forgot. They stopped supporting iOS' after 6.1.3 I believe. Try searching youtube for other methods of jailbreaking iOS 7, you'll surely find something .
