Yes, an i5 4570 would be superior than the i3 I have provided, but the performance difference between the two is not as significant as the difference of the GTX750 against R9 270.

Difference between CPU's:

Difference between GPU's:

Not including gaming results which is where the R9 270 excels. You can look up games benchmarks of both GPU's so you can see for yourself.

About the 4GBx2 vs 8GB. I will give you a fact rather than an opinion on why a single stick is better in this case. If you wanted to upgrade to 16GB you will need to replace the remaining sticks with two sticks of 8GB rather than adding a single 8GB stick to complete the 16GB.
2x4GB. Add 2x4GB at a later date. Granted your motherboard would have to be compatible with 4 sticks of RAM. I don't mean that 2 sticks are superior to 1 as a fact, because it's not. It really comes down to your personal preference in the end IMO. I also think it looks nicer having 2 stick, instead of 1. I have a kind of weird OCD like that, 1 stick of RAM just makes the inside of my PC look untidy..
I know what you mean by how would it look, but in this case where the motherboard only supports two sticks a single stick wouldn't look the same as it would on a motherboard that supports four sticks. Then imagine only having two sticks in a X79 motherboard. That would make me cringe every time I look at the inside.

OCD galore! I just couldnt id buy one out of impulse thatd annoy me. Then again, are you really looking at your mobo daily?
I see the inside of my PC on a daily basis and it drives me nuts. Cable management sucks, dust everywhere, ugly motherboard etc.. I want an entire new build just because of how ugly mine is.

I feel your pain brotha. I haven't even got a window and the inside of my PC disgusts me... I'm in the same boat as you, no window. I do have some stupid mesh grille type thing though, it's just so ugly  Side note- It's 7am, you're up early? You got dat school swag? ;)

Fx is NOT dead

8, AMD FX series processors is relatively less active, what planning for the future?

Lienhard: Last year we introduced a Piledriver (hammers) architecture, and achieved good market performance, there are about 30% growth, Kaveri also used Steamroller updates (excavator) architecture. FX Series of high-performance market positioning in the future will, within two years you will definitely see an update.

Don't get you knickers in a twist
FX isn't dead, I agree but at this moment in time, Intel is the more sensible choice. Unless you want epic OC potential for cheap.
