Thanks again man!

Yes it is hard if you have never built a computer before, or never even seen inside one.

What currency are you in ?

I honestly wouldn't say it's that hard. I like to think of it as Advanced Lego.
There is only one way things can be inserted into a specific slot, everything is labelled or extremely self-explanatory of where it should go. Everything is written in the given manuals anyway, so you don't need prior experience at all.

Its lego with only 6 bricks lol, very simple.

cpu, motherboard, gpu, psu, ram, case and put it together.
Its really not lego though. It still requires research you cant just go by the manual unless you want to take about 1 week building it. You need to have a decent understanding of the hardware of the PC. If you have no clue, you might find yourself completely stuck or breaking a component.

YouTube is a great source for research, people on here are great they helped me, and just the internet in general.

When you actually come to building your PC the manuals give you a really easy to follow guide too.

And save yourself money and arrrrr the OS

I didn't know the first thing about how the insides of a computer works. I built mine within an hour and a half without reading any manuals besides how to attach the CPU cooler back-bracket to the motherboard.

People really over-exaggerate just what you have to do. Like I said, things can only go in one place:
CPU can only fit one way round and only goes in the CPU slot.
RAM can only fit one way round and only in the RAM slots.
Graphics card can go in any PCI-e slot.
All of the power cables are labelled... The only way you'd find it difficult is if you were illiterate.
DVD drive obviously goes where you always see them, plug in the two only-fitting cables into the back of them and then plug the other end of the SATA cable into the motherboard.
Hard drives couldn't go anywhere else besides the drive bays. Again, plug in the two cables to the back of it and plug the other end of the SATA cable into the motherboard.
You must be a different person compared to me. When i build something and take a risk of losing a lot of money i like to be certain or what im doing, which is this case is research.

So do you need any tools like a soldering iron or anything like that?

All you really need is a fillips head screwdriver. It is that simple, also magnetize it, because it is easy to drop screws.
