got a day one controller it turns on for 2mins then over heats and turns off any ideas ??

I have never heard of a controller overheating. Try using different batteries and also make sure that you have updated your controller.

I've got the same issue ever since the beta preview. Controller will randomly turn off when fully charged and turn back on then off. Controller up to date, use USB cable and no issues.
