I'm looking for a desktop to run Skyrim on high(maybe ultra) with high res textures and mods,play league of legends and diablo 3 reaper of souls outside of that i have nothing to use it for.

Budget:700usd (will bump up like 60 for shipping costs.)
Amd/intel: Don't Care
CPU:Good enough to run those games stable (Have heard good things about amd's and the 8's)
GPU: Ultra setting plus mods on skyrim (Radeon r9 270x seems to be a decent one for 200usd)
Motherboard: Asus or Other major brand is fine
Fan: Any standard fan to keep it from over heating should work?
Power Supply: Guessing around 400 maybe 450?
Monitor Keyboard:Have both so no need.
