I downloaded it installed it and rebooted my device but the extended guidelines wasn't on idk what's working with it

No I wont work you must be jailbroken and have to use ifile sorry


You can use WinSCP, DiskAid, iFunbox, or iExplorer to move the file to your device, but you must install it from iFile.
