So wouldn't the GT640 work for HD youtube videos too. I heard it was alright.

He's not really giving me a budget. He just said make it as fast as mine ( [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] ) but not for gaming, then give him a price. Around $800 is probably his preferred price though.

That is what I would get
Also has a decent GPU for gaming if he decides to download a few, i.e. minecraft and maybe TF2 etc.
