It will run all them games fine, but it's a tad on the expensive side for what it has. You could build your own for that price and it will preform better.

If you are buying that PC I may suggest getting a newer graphics card sooner than later.

GTX 660 still actually a good graphic card to game with you will be getting near 60 fps

FX-6350 and gtx 660 should reach 50-60fps easily on the games you selected on ultra

Should build this though instead save some money
