Also it would have to be a rgh because jtags cant go online.

Maybe you should find out more about this scene. Jtags and RGH consoles can go online.

You do NOT need it.
Who ever told you that doesn't know what they are talking about.

A dual nand console simply has a retail nand and a hacked nand.
The retail nand is just like a normal unmodded xbox that can connect to Xbox Live with ease.
The hacked nand is just like a Jtag or RGH console.

I have a regular Nand Jasper RGH. It goes online perfectly fine I don't have a Dual or Tri Nand you just need one Nand and your fine
