Have you added DoNetBar to your references as if you didn't that's why your geting all the errors, but not 100% sure as i don't use DoNetBar.

Have you installed DotNetBar or have you just downloaded the dll and added that as a reference if so thats why you need to install DotNetBar
if you have got DotNetBar installed then just drag a button on without adding DotNetBar dll and when you put a button on it will add the dll automatically
