Whats your specs? The low end Corsair PSU's are not that brilliantly made.

Check to see if your PSU can work in another machine and see if that works

Your power supply has blown, it means that the PSU was either not plugged in right, overused, your mains has been overcharged OR your PSU was the wrong voltage for your motherboard etc!

Well let's see what you did wrong.

Every owner of a pc, must clean it out once every 6months max, as dust builds up. When that happends your pc can overheat and fry components rendering the pc inoperable.

so you pc most likely burned up from one of three things, to much dust built up, you had it on durring a powersurge with no surge protector, or it was just a bad psu. You may get lucky with just a psu replacement, or their might be more damage to the mobo then you realize.

Have someone skilled with computers take a look at it.

From the sound of it, it could be the PSU. I say that not because its the easiest thing to say, its just because the exhaust for the PSU is at the back and you'd see a flash from there if it was that. You have a CX430 unit so process it under warranty and see what happens when the new one comes.

dust doesn't build up when you have positive pressure inside your case >.>

PSU

Just hope that the rest of the components are fine within the PC, it could have blown a lot of hardware or it could have blown and left the hardware alone.

Either your power supply's blown or capacitors have blown on mother board, either or it's not going to be easy to fix
