Do any of you know what's wrong? I did a speed test and i did just fine but I can't download or watch any videos on youtube. I can play an online game perfectly without lag either.

Which browser do you use? If it's internet explorer, that's your problem. Get Chrome or Firefox.
If not,try one of the following
-Update Java and Adobe Flash Player
-Delete cookies, cache and browsing history
-Reset your router

Deleting your cache and cookies should fix the problem.
If it doesn't, then I suggest switching to a different browser to see if it works then.

reboot the computer. that seems to work. try a different browser or if you downloaded something weird, you might want to do a virus scan
