They still sell them in stores like the other guy said.. Their just trying to make it look like its a "Good Deal" for 400$ which I find kinda dumb but whatever

No, you're paying $100 for a product you knew would be included going into the purchase. Don't complain about how unfair life is when you took it upon yourself to get the console early on in it's life. That's like paying for a brand new game and complaining about how expensive it was a year later. Prices always go down, and you didn't wait for it to drop, that's YOUR poor decision. Kinect is not a "piece of worthless junk", it's actually very useful. I don't use it myself, but that doesn't mean it's bad. Microsoft didn't shift their interest from Kinect at all, the only reason they released the bare $399 model was because of people complaining about the price compared to the PS4.

This was the reason I didnt get one, the Kinect technology doesnt appeal to me at all, I didnt see why I should purchase something when they was a 95% chance of it being released without one

I dont think they will forget about it like the OP is making out, I believe they are trying to appeal to people who dont want it

It's only if you don't want to waste your money for a kinect, you can remove it!
