Right iv been reset on cod ghosts and I own a jtag I Havnt ever used it for hosting lobby's but is it possible to mod cod ghosts and get my account back to 10th prestige?

In truth I don't think its worth the hassle of being permanently banned off Xbox live.
And that its the latest Cod.
If its not your main account go for it.

It is my main account it has just been totally reset with no warning or messege just a total rank and stats reset
