My Turtle beach x41 is sort of bronken i think? i can hear my friends talk and all buttons work its all connected and stuff but i just can figure out how to fix my game sound?
i cant fix my ingame oudio (icant hear my ingame oudio but i can hear the beeps from bass boost and voice chat and stuff) PLZ HELP ME!!!

Have you plugged the wires into AV cables in your TV thats the only way to hear game sound

You will need to check that the green wire is in the audio jack then check your xbox settings in preferences to see if thos audio levels are wrong though i often have my voice on 10 and game on 1 but my main suggestion would be to check the volume control on the little box type thing

Make sure you have set it up in the settings of the xbox. (If your using xbox that is...)

One thing i would recommend and it may sound stupid but my TB's have done this before so first i unplugged it all... Then i thre them down the stairs now this may sound strange and it was done out of anger but i tried them again and they worked so either throwing them down the stairs has magic abilities or the connections were loose so try either.
