I use pcspecialist (They're a UK company) and have never had an issue with them. Got a great build for a decent price and have been happy overall!

PCPP is terrible, it usually doesn't account for shipping.

Scan 3XS systems are my choice if I was buying prebuilt. Component choice is decent and their systems aren't unbalanced and a total ripoff.
