Do the challenge reset boost, but get 50,000 (cR limit is 60k)
if you reach the Cr lock you get cR locked for 24 hours
2nd time you get cR locked you get cR locked for 2 weeks or reset.
Simple
Edit: also get under 10k cR each time you do this, so each time you save and quit you wont have more than 10k Cr (looks a bit too suspicious) getting 30k in one game, they do automatic searches

its not hard do the regular way you challenge boost,but dont go over or so near the cap.
also play some legit games.
im testing this out atm i boosted the remainder of warrant officer to rank up to grade one and now i've legitimately played again halfway thru warrant officer grade one so tommorow i'll boost just a tad bit not to suspicious.

You still get banned for this dude. There system checks how many syncs you have for that same challenge. There is no way to challenge reset without getting banned. Remove this before some idiot does it again.

this does work.
yesterday i boosted from Warrant Officer Grade 3 To Captain
and again today from Captain to Captain Grade 1
as long as you dont make it look like your boosting alot you should be fine
