I'm not to sure what is going on here, but I'm sure it's something to do with mods?

Yes, you have a modder in your game or you are modding. People can spawn drive able UFO's.

I would imagine this would be down to either ISO mods or someone with a JTAG/RGH

Looks wicked! Why doesn't this happen when I play online ha

Lmao there are only 5 people that can do this, But it is being spread session to session. It sticks in memory till you leave online(Storymode etc) So if you join a session and it has this, then you join a new session that doesn't, that session that doesn't now will since your memory loaded. Pretty interesting stuff.
