Hey TTG,

Well i don't really have anyone to go to for this so I don't know if this was the forum for this I need help. Anyways, here's the deal I guess I've been going into depression i have a lot on my mind and its to much for me to handle. lately its been stressing me out to the point were I would like physically harm myself yea i'm stupid for that but i did it release stress...for anyone that knows me I lost my mom last year due to cancer last year i guess after she died it was to much to handle. I tried doing someone awhile ago that i regret miserably. I basically dont have anyone to go to for this because i blocked off alot of people recently. My family been fighting alot for some strange reason its hard to idk how to explain it. my dad has been taking his anger out on me ever since my mom died its pretty pathetic to be honest. well your probably thinking right now hes seeking for attention or why is he telling me this or why did he make a Topic about this. I need someone, anyones help right now to get over this...does anyone know how to get over this...? ill probably get banned for this but idc anymore...

If your depression is that bad, I'd recommend seeing a doctor/therapist asap.
Along with that try doing some fun activities Ex: Instrumental Music it's the best choice I've ever made and most band people are very accepting to other people

i have been going through stress a lot this year and it has messed with me really bad. i didnt lose anyone but i was really depressed. it was bad im in my final year of high school and i messed it up. im going to be in school next year and it doesnt feel good. i started getting depressed because of the winter was really bad and it messed with my mood. then my house caught on fire and that didnt help any. since i have been talking to one of my friends and its been nice here its helped. i think you should find someone that will listen to you and just talk to them. it doesnt even need to be what has been happening but it will help if you do. try doing things with family and friends and take your mind of things. if you need to talk to anyone you can message me and i will talk to you anytime you need me. im srry about your mom.

Like Dreams said losing someone in your life is hard to get over, but dont harm yourself, if you do ever feel like harming yourself get a marker and draw on yourself, draw squiggly lines various stuff like that so that way you get your mind off of harming yourself. And your family fighting that sucks, and your dad taking out his anger on you? Thats not right, try seeing if you can live with a friend for a little bit till your life is better? Unless that wont help? But if you dont want to live with a friend for a bit go with a family member? Like grandma or grandpa?

Just hang out with some friends or do something to take your mind off it. Harming yourself is never the answer. What would your mother want you to do?

Use everything that you experience in your life as a weapon to shape and help you grow into a better individual that you are. People can allow things to break them or make them. We all go must go through the mud sometimes in our lives (some situations being worse then others) but its all psychological, are you going to drag yourself through it or stand tall and walk. Your mom would want you to live, to be happy, to make her proud. Your greatest challenge will be yourself. You must try and overcome the incredibly tough time your going through in your life.

It will be okay man, it's tough loosing a parent, i've been there done that. But then i realized, there is a life thats waiting for me out there, so don't harm yourself. If you just believe in what you believe in, anything is possible man. You got to keep moving forward, because time doesn't stop for NO ONE. These times you're in right now, being all depressed, you can be using to your advantage. Go find some hobbies, you enjoy doing, and try to be the best you can be at them.


You know, i hate when people say "everything gets handed to you" because they say it in a smart way, but sadly their right. Our LIFE, and our WORLD is handed to us, it's those who take the extra step to achieve victory, those are the ones who live their life. You have a whole life to live brother.

Life is like a heartbeat monitor, there is up's and downs, because without those ups and downs, whats life? You need to understand that you WILL encounter things that will put you down, but you just have to keep going. Because this time you're using being sad and depressed, you could be doing something productive, you could be changing the life, and you could probably be changing the world.


There is always light at the end of the road my friend, you'll be ok.
