Ok so over the past week ive been downloading tools and none of them will open on my computer, i couldnt figure out what the problem was, even if i ran my laptop in safe mode and ran the tool as administrator they would not open. Here's what i did to fix the problem

1)Downloaded this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2)Download Winrar, i was using Jzip for all my compressed files etc and jzip would not open anything.

Winrar is the main thing that fixes tools not opening tho. Hopefully this helps the people out that has this problem of tools not opening
