Most likely its the kv's you are using you may think there unshared because of what someone tells you but they might not be.

Do you post your gamertag on forums or send out messages on your console saying your hosting modded lobby etc, if you do that'll be one of the reasons most likely? I dont see how your getting banned tho, my console got banned last week so i bought a unshared KV off xblse from there website and have pretty much been modding online everyday all day saturday sunday and yesterday and launched xex menu at least 100 times, modded the hell out of mw2 mw3 halo 3 halo reach and have gotten 1000s of file complaints n im still not banned lol

im pretty sure it's my kv because my friend is still hosting lobbies posting around the forum and he's still not console banned.

if you want a legit kv seller go to Apollo seller from xelivehive best out i have been on a kv i boiught from him for almost a month and use XUID will make Ur kv last a lot longer

Erm, just thought i'd point this out bro nobody sells "Unshared" KVs. You have to extract them yourself and then watch how long they last

He hit it right on the money.. Unless you are extracting them yourself.. Its almost guaranteed you are using a shared KV.. I myself extract my own. I have XBLS lifetime and my most current KV has so far lasted me over a month now. Prior was almost 2 months and the only reason that KV got banned is because I shared it with a friend that was using it on Hive which got banned within a week.

Also what service are you using to go online.. Honestly it makes a huge difference.. I have used pretty much all of them and not down talking Hive, but my KV got banned the fastest there.

PS: I do public modded lobbies daily and still no ban.
