Advantages: very very fast and sturridge+eto are clinical strikers
Weaknesses: remy as cam, better choice over ramires, richards out of position
Improvements: get a cb like if kooscielny/kaboul and get a player better suited for the cam position

Advantages: Good pace
Weaknesses: Players in positions that don't suit them, not full chemistry.
Improvements: Get a better CAM someone like Cazorla, get a CB instead of Richards, Nani RM and either Schurrle or Willian LM.
