Yeah, that's simple. You have iCloud and backup your contacts etc.

Just updated ~Iphone 5s. I do notice a slight slow down and a few more bugs but the update does work. Also notice a few more bugs. The update seems to update the phone every once awhile. Like the phone will go to the apple loading screen

I think apple have patched this someone told me and it didn't work for me
