So if your mic works on your other controller.
It's your main controller that is broken.
(the one without the messed up analog sticks)
You should check the mic port and make sure nothing is trapped inside.
I'd also check the mic jack (the bit that slots into the controller)
make sure it's not bent and make sure it fits snug into the controller.
If all else fails, it's best to just buy a new controller.
