There are lots of ways to make your PC quite.

One of which is foam. You'll find this on cases like Fractal Define R4. By lining the foam on the side of the case, it stops the sound from exiting the case but reduces the amount of cable management room you have.

New fans help too. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] or [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] with a fan reducer works too

Putting rubber or foam inserts where the hard drive is mounted stops the vibration going to the case. Or you could even mount the hard drive on elastic bands hanging from the top of you case.

Moving from watercooling to air cooling helps too.

Finally, programs like [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] or [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] allows you to control the fan speed of your GPU to stop it being too loud.

I'll edit this if I think of any more

No. If the cooling inside your PC is good already, it should make no difference to the temperature inside your machine.

The cooler will fit in the case.

Id put the Corsair fans around the case like in the front & back as the case only comes with one fan. The cooler should be quite but ask Terrabytez as he has that cooler so im not sure.

80mm fans spin faster and are louder, you can change that out and it will make a big difference. If you have the money to change all of them out, by all means do so, but I would only change out the loud ones.

If you've got a cheap case, and plan to change ALL fans and line it with foam you'd likely be better off just buying a pre-dampened case like the Define R4. The R4's stock fans are quiet, and its fully lined with foam and actually made for quiet operation.
