you need to purchase a stealth server like XBLSE aswell.
You can buy 24 hours which is $20.
This will keep your console online for 24 hours normally without ban.
I dont recommend going online without stealth as your KV could be instantly banned.
There are different servers you can use, XBLSE, XeLiveHive , DarkLive server , Sawyer etc.

Depends on if its shared or unshared. Also what you do when you are online. If you mod the newer games or just r@pe people in public matches you will get many reports. Stay in private match and dont join public lobbies. And of course stay away from homebrew (xexmenu, fsd etc.) if you are online. If you follow this your KV will last a few days.

But atm no one can get online because of the new dash update. We will have to wait until the new xeBuild gets released and xblse, livehive etc. will update their servers.

Sawyer is not a server. Sawyer is(was) a free online method with local files. But they dont have XOSC spoofing or MAC spoofing. So if you will get banned its possible your retail console will be banned too. (happened to me and my brother and he was really mad )
