So my friend recommended this video card to me but idk anything about building a pc and idk if hes lying to me. My specs are
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 530 @ 2.93GHz
    2.9 GHz
    6.1 GB RAM
    Microsoft Windows 7
    And no video card.

Yes, the 750 ti is a very capable card. Alternatively, the R7 260x is in your price range a performs similarly. However, you loose the nVidia technologies such as shadow play and physx.

I'd get this card instead, its much cheaper and better than the 750Ti.
