i bought gems over 2 days ago now i emailed supercell twice they said the same thing is there anyway to talk to someone that works directly

Try to contact Apple customer support, and explain how you paid; however, you didn't receive the gems.

Go on iTunes on your PC and go to your purchases and click report a problem. Say that you did not get your gems after purchasing and they will issue a refund for you.

I know the maintenance break they had earlier today, I went onto the coc forums and it said they were trying to fix a problem with people and gems. This may be your problem.

I think when you bought the gems, it wasn't recorded. So you probably won't get the gems. I would contact supercell staff.

^thats not the problem they are fixing, about a week ago i bought gems, used them and exited the game. i accidentally opened it and i had my gems all over again, i kept doing that for about 2 hours and they just reset me this morning. thats the problem they were fixing

It's something sron with apples purchasing. It happened to me and I contacted apple and they refunded me the money. Then I jut purchased it again and it worked
