This will do it, just make sure that your doing overhead lifting, that will help with it.

that is a myth.. The only chance that it can stunt height growth is if you are fu**ing around not using the correct form and injure yourself from it and damage your growth plates..

Don't intentionally try to stunt your growth, thats very bad for your health and body. I'm 6 1' and want to be 6 5', but i'm 19 and sadly I think my growth spurt days are over.
