i have version 7.1 and i want to downgrade it so i can jail break it anybody know how? please help

You can jailbreak 7.1 so you don't need to downgrade. But you couldn't even if you wanted to, Its not possible

You can't, A5 devices (iPhone 4S and up) are no longer being signed for 7.0.6 IPSW by Apple, meaning you will have to wait until the Jailbreak utility for 7.1+ is released. Sorry dude.

Also, expanding on what the previous dude said, there is no public Jailbreak utility for 7.1 or 7.1.1, it can be done, but only a select few Dev's/Hackers have done this so far. Any site claiming they can Jailbreak your phone at the moment is fake/spam. I suggest you keep checking RedmondPie periodically, as a Jailbreak is looking like it may be released very shortly.
