Are they the outdated plugins or have you downloaded them after 16756?

If you have stealth as a plugin and you do not have time, remove it as a plugin. That is the reason it is shutting off.

If you have stealth and do have time, maybe your service provider(XeLiveHive, etc) is down at the moment.

Well if you do not have time at the moment then that is why your JTAG/RGH shuts off at boot logo. Remove your stealth .xex as a plugin and contact your preferred provider to buy more time.
Edit: What code are you referring too?

I am not sure how that works, I do not use tokens. Well if you have a code and you need the plugin set to redeem it, then keep the plugin set and go redeem the code.
